  • Chiropractic is founded upon the vitalistic principle that the body is a self-healing organism. However, it is the physical and emotional stress of our daily lives that may inhibit the bodies ability to respond to stress and thrive.

    Chiropractors locate areas of dysfunction in the spine and provide specific adjustments to achieve optimal musculoskeletal and nervous system function.

    The objective of the adjustment is to reduce stress to to the body, improve range of motion and nervous system function. This allows the body to perform optimally and improve outcomes.

  • An adjustment will not typically hurt. Some patients may experience soreness after the first adjustment when we correct misalignments that have been present for months or even years!

  • It depends! As long as you are putting stress on your spine, you will need to do something about it! The doctor will advise what they believe is the most clinically appropriate frequency for your specific case.

    Some people opt to continue with regular care or semi regular care. It is not uncommon for people to continue with care when they realize how great they feel after getting adjusted, so that they can continue to feel and function their best.

  • The number and frequency of adjustments vary from person to person. Most sense some progress within a week or two. As supporting muscles and ligaments heal, visits may become less frequent. Cases of long-term spinal neglect may require visits over many months or years.

    The extensive intake examination is what allows us to determine what is the best fit for each person.

  • We do take insurance! We are in network with most major insurances and work closely with a medical billing team that will help us to verify your insurance and send out all of your claims.
