What to expect at your visit
01. Before you arrive
In order to be seen right away, please be sure to fill out your intake paperwork before you arrive. We will email you your forms after you make your appointment! Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in. We can’t wait to welcome you and learn how we can help!
02. First visit
On your first visit, you will meet with a doctor to discuss your paperwork and health history. Next a physical examination will be performed to determine problem areas. We do not perform any therapies on the first visit, so that the doctor has time to review your history, any x-rays and other findings to determine the best plan of action for your case.
03. Second visit
On your next visit, we will go over your exam findings and specific recommendations for care. We will walk you through what care looks like in our office and answer any questions you have moving forward. You will receive your first adjustment on this visit!
